Every photograph in the The Bournemouth Guide gallery is free to use, anywhere, including commercially. The only thing asked in return is a credit your readers can see and click.

The credit
Each photograph's page carries the exact credit to copy, as HTML and as plain text. It looks like this, and it must link to the page the photograph came from rather than to the homepage:

Anywhere a reader would reasonably find it is fine. What matters is that it is visible on the page where the photograph appears, and that the link works.
Why it works this way
These photographs are taken and catalogued to document Bournemouth properly. Giving them away costs nothing and helps the town look its best wherever it is written about. The credit link is what makes that sustainable: it is how people find the guide, and it is the only payment asked.

Can I use these photographs for free?
Yes. Every photograph in the gallery is free to use, including on commercial websites, in print and in social posts. The only condition is that you credit The Bournemouth Guide with a link that a reader can see and click.
What exactly counts as a credit?
