Cremma is a Turkish-inspired café tucked into Old Christchurch Road, a short walk from the Square in Bournemouth town centre. Since opening in 2019, alongside a sister branch in Camden, London, it's built a following for pairing specialty coffee with an unusually dessert-heavy menu, drawing on Turkish sweets and Belgian chocolate rather than the usual high-street café formula.
Coffee, cakes and Turkish ice cream
The menu runs from freshly brewed coffee and tea through to a full run of desserts: rich cakes, pastries, baklava and Belgian chocolate creations, plus Turkish-style ice cream from the Mado brand. Breakfast dishes and fresh juices cover the earlier part of the day, with lamb, salads and soup also on offer for anyone after something more savoury. Drinks are often served on wooden boards with accompaniments, part of the café's more indulgent, presentation-led style.

Cremma opens every day from 8am to 10pm, with outdoor seating on Old Christchurch Road for people-watching over a coffee. It's wheelchair accessible and takes card payments, and if you'd rather eat at home, the full menu is available for delivery through Deliveroo and Uber Eats as well as takeaway at the counter. Expect to spend roughly £10–£20 a head. As with any café, hours and menu items can change, so it's worth checking Cremma's website or calling ahead of a visit.
