Enzo's is a family-run deli, café and bar on Southbourne's high street, tucked in next to Boots and around half a mile from Pokesdown train station. It's a newer addition to the parade, a daytime café that doubles as a small bar, built around a deli counter and a menu of home-cooked café classics.
The food
Breakfast is served until midday: eggs on toasted sourdough, a full English or vegetarian fry-up, or something lighter such as Greek yoghurt with granola and honey. Once lunch kicks in, the menu shifts to sandwiches and paninis, jacket potatoes, a ploughman's lunch and homemade lasagne, plus a deli salad bar you can build yourself with extras like falafel, chicken or salmon. Cakes, pastries and fresh scones with clotted cream cover the sweeter side, alongside specialty coffee, teas and smoothies.

Beyond the café menu, Enzo's keeps a small bar going too, with craft beers, premium lagers, wines, prosecco and cocktails on the list, useful if a coffee stop turns into something longer. Several dishes are marked vegetarian throughout the menu, and staff can advise on vegan and allergy requirements.

Enzo's picked up a "Good" rating across every category, food handling, cleanliness and safety management, at its most recent food hygiene inspection in August 2025. It's a daytime operation, so hours can vary a little day to day; it's worth checking the website or its Facebook and Instagram (@enzosobo) before making a special trip.
